In 2002 Tecsa Constructions asked BSCP to carry out, with its BSCP System, the industrialization Project and the architectural project of the shopping centre "Castillo Plaza" in Fuerteventura.
The project is made up of a building for 20 business premises, offices and 111 parking places with lumber room. The whole complex has a total constructed area of 6,125.74m2
