BSCP, in order to develop the National Dwelling Plan for any country, state or province, has developed the concept "Prototype City of 10.000 houses" with all the necessary Industrialization Projects necessary for its execution. This city concept can be adapted to any site for the construction of any amount of houses.
This prototype city has been developed according to international standards in regards to green and sports areas; schools, hospitals and shopping centres, etc.; following the idea that everyone should have, according to the international quality and environmentally friendly standard:
At the moment BSCP is carrying out and offering a global services pack for the development of the National Dwelling Plan in the countries of Africa, Asia and South America. The plan has been chosen by the Latin American Cooperation Secretariat (International Organization to which belong 21 countries of the Latin American Community) in order to palliate the housing problem worldwide.
