BSCP has carried out the industrialization project for a building made up of 59 social houses. The project was ordered by "Construcciones Rubau" and designed by the architect Victor Segui and is located in Granollers (Barcelona).
The building is a promotion by INCASOL (Instituto Catalán del suelo - Catalonian Institute for the Land) and thanks to the BSCP System it will have power savings close to 40%, which means a great step forward in regards to architectural sustainability.
The building, which is being executed at the moment, will be the proof that it is possible to make quality social houses. The BSCP System allows it so.
