These houses, with a constructed surface area of 100 or 150 m2, are either one-story, two-story or three-story houses, with three bedrooms, optional garage and lumber room. They are built on plots of land of over 100m2 and grouped in closed plots. It is a type of house which can be combined with the previous types, since it offers several solutions compatible with each other.
