BSCP carried out in 2003, with its BSCP System, the industrialization project for the building of "Miribilla". The project was promoted by the Autonomous Basque Government.
The "Miribilla" Building, located in the area of "Bilbao La Vieja" (Bilbao), is a nine-story building with 30 dwellings, which includes business premises and garage with lumber room.
The Project is made up of a total constructed area of 5,720m2.
